Six sheets of drawings of barrack buildings: (1) 'Plan elevations and section of proposed huts'; (2) 'Part plan of the barracks shewing in yellow the positions of proposed huts'; (3) 'Block plan shewing in yellow the proposed new hospital and huts for the additional accommodation of 195 men'; (4) 'Drawing of the proposed new Hospital for 40 patients'; (5) 'Drawing of one of the huts as executed'; (6) 'Drawing of one of the proposed new huts'. Scale: (1) 1 inch to 10 feet [1:120]; (2-3) 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480]; (4) 1 inch to 10 feet (plan and elevation); 1 inch to 5 feet [1:60] (sections); (5-6) 1 inch to 5 feet. Dimensions (1) 41 cm x 50 cm; (2) 27 cm x 42 cm; (3) 41 cm x 49 cm; (4) 40 cm x 54 cm; (5-6) each 42 cm x 51 cm. Originally accompanied letters from Lieutenant Colonel B S Stehelin, Commanding Royal Engineer, to the Inspector General of Fortifications: (1-2) 31 October 1855; (3-4) 11 January 1856; (5-6) 12 February 1856.
