All items (signed): Captain G Phillpotts, Royal Engineers: (1, 4) 17 August 1830; (2-3) 10 September 1830; (5) 31 August 1830; (6) [undated]; and further (signed): Lieutenant Colonel J R Wright, Commanding Royal Engineer, Upper Canada, 18 September 1830.
