Three maps showing a piece of Ordnance land on Southgate Street, to be used for erecting a church. Reference tables to items (2-3). Scale: (1) 3 inches to about 100 feet; (2) 1 inch to about 137 feet; (3) 1 inch to about 159 feet. Compass indicator to item (2). Originally accompanied letters sent to the Inspector General of Fortifications: (1) from Lieutenant Colonel R C Alderson, Commanding Royal Engineer, 18 August 1842; (2) from Colonel G Cardew, Commanding Royal Engineer, 25 April 1845; (3) from Colonel Cardew, 14 September 1846.
