'Mullingar [An Muillean gCearr] Barracks. Relative sketch shewing the proposed site of a 50,000 Gals Tank in the Excavation Front of the Hospital also site of a second 20,000 Gals Tank on the North side of the barracks': plan. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Compass indicator. Copied from an original map signed by J Constable, Clerk of Works, 13 November 1854; by Captain F H Rich, Royal Engineers, 15 November 1854; and by Colonel A Emmett, Commanding Royal Engineer, 20 November 1854.
