'Loughrea [Baile Locha Riach] Barracks. Sketch shewing Mr. O'Neill's encroachment by building on wall of straw store': plan. Scale: 1 inch to 20 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain M Dill, Royal Engineers, 22 December 1853; by Lieutenant Colonel R J Stothard, Deputy Commanding Royal Engineer; and by Colonel A Emmett, Commanding Royal Engineer.
