'Sketch of Clifford's Fort, shewing the injury sustained during last Winter with the means proposed to repair it': plan of the fort; with a section; and elevation showing breach in the foundation of the counterscarp wall. Scale: plan 5 inches to 210 feet [1:504]; section and elevation 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240]. Signed by Alexander Thomson, Major, Royal Engineers, Royal Engineers Office, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, 25 June 1827.
