(1) 'Relative Site Plan Shewing Proposed Ways and Basin for the Protection of the Commissariat Surf Boats at East London'. Scale: 1 inch to 25 feet. Compass indicator. Drawn by Charles John Fowler, Lt RE, 7 October 1852 (sic). (2) 'Plan and Elevation of Ways for Commissariat Surf Boats at East London'. Scale: plan 1 inch to 10 feet; sections 1 inch to 4 feet. (3) 'Section of Proposed Basin at East London. Scale: 1 inch to 6 feet. Drawn by Charles John Fowler, Lt RE, 16 September 1852.
