7 items extracted from WO 32/7831. Plans of engineering operations during the Investment of Pretoria, Transvaal (now in South Africa), 1880-1881. Not all the titles are now legible; identifiable sheets are: (1) Fort Commeline and South Poort Blockhouse; (3) detail of Pretoria defences; (5) circular bastions at the prison; (6) redoubt; (7) fougasse. Scales between 1 inch to 5 feet and 1 inch to 20 feet. All drawn by E Hills, Cpl RE, February 1881. Originally filed with report dated 3 April 1881 by F A Le Mesurier, Major RE.
