Coloured MS additions show the Martello tower land sold to Henry Ford by the War Department and A R Chamberlayne. Tabulated details of the transaction. Signed by C Godby, Major RE, 21 July 1906, and by H S King, Lt Col CRE Colchester District, 11 January 1907.
