Description

Copies of plans of the proposed military establishment in Dublin, Ireland, which originally accompanied Major General Fyers's report of 17 June 1813. The plans appear to have been copied by cadet draughtsmen as a training exercise. All are at the same scale: 1 inch to 10 feet. (1) Plan and elevation of quarters for the Royal Artillery Commandant and the Commanding Royal Engineer. Copied by J Harwood. (2) Plan and elevation of barracks and canteen. (3) Plan of quarters for Horse Artillery officers. (4) Plan and section of quarters for officers of the Artillery Drivers. (5) Plan, section and elevation of gun carriage sheds. Copied by Howard A Black. (6) Plan, section and elevation of quarters and offices for those in charge of stores. Copied by M W Lewis. (7) Plan, sections and elevations of the veterinary establishment. (8) Plans and sections of stables and barracks. (9) Plan, section and elevation of proposed Riding House. Copied by J Harwood.
