Plan and sections of a nine-gun battery proposed for the site of the Old Naval Battery, Liverpool, Lancashire (now in Merseyside). Scale: plan 3 inches to 100 feet; sections 6.1 inches to 110 feet. Signed by Robert Pilkington, Lt Col RE, to accompany letter of 20 October 1814 to Lt General Mann.
