Plan of land around Western King and Three Gun Batteries, Devonport, Devon, ceded by the Board of Ordnance to the Naval Department for a victualling establishment. Shows soundings. Scale: 1 inch to about 55 feet. Compass indicator. Original was signed by G A Chetwynd Stapylton, Chairman of the Victualling Board, and Henry Anderson Morshead, Lt Colonel CRE, 6 August 1824, to accompany Morshead's letter of 11 August 1824 to General Mann. Copied by S B Howlett, 27 August 1824.
