Revised site plan': shows buildings to be erected in 1886-1887 and 1887-1888. Scale: 1 inch to 150 feet. Reference table. Compass indicator. Signed by George Arnold, surveyor, 10 August 1886, and G Philips, Col CRE South Africa, to accompany letter of August 1886.
