Four sheets of plans of the defences of Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). Annotations indicate that they were drawn to accompany Captain [William Francis] Dawson's report of January 1827 on the fortifications of Ceylon; this may be an error for January 1828, since sheets 1 and 3 are stated to have been drawn in December 1827.
