Description

Six sheets of drawings of proposed sluice and batardeau near the King's Bastion, Portsmouth, Hampshire. (1) Plan, elevation and section of sluice. Scale: 1 inch to 15 feet. Compass indicator. (2) Copy of (1) by R R Holberton, December 1802. (3) Plan, sections and elevations of the batardeau. Scale: 1 inch to 2 feet and 1 inch to 15 feet. (4) Copy of (3) by R R Holberton, 30 December 1802.. (5) Plan showing route of town drains. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet. (6) Copy of (5). Dimensions of sheets: (1, 2) 58.2 cm x 48.3 cm; (3, 4) 73.7 cm x 52.8 cm; (5, 6) 75.7 cm x 64.8 cm.
