Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). Two copies of 'Plan of Kandy... shewing the position of the Redoubts constructed in its vicinity'. Scale: 3.3 inches to 500 yards. Reference table to heights of redoubts. Note on the formation of the lake. (Signed) Henry Evatt, Lt Col RE. Both copies were made by George Williams, RMSD: (1) 1 February 1817; (2) 23 January 1817. The original had been enclosed in a letter of 1 July 1816 to Lt General Mann, Colombo.
