(1, 2) Letter of 26 Oct 1788 from William Sumpter, Powder Mills, Faversham, to the Duke of Richmond: the letter contains an estimate of the value of the property. (3) 'Plan of Raven's Farm Lying in the Parishes of Luddenham and Preston. In the County of Kent'. Shows roads, footpaths; adjacent lands belonging to the Board of Ordnance; names of other owners of adjacent lands. Reference table to buildings; key to field names, acreage and arable acreage. Scale: 1 inch to 2.5 chains. Compass star.
