Compass indicator: oriented to the east. To accompany report of 22 Oct. 1813 from Lt Col Pilkington and Capt By. (2) 'Mr Rennie's plan No 2': site plan showing old course of the River Lea, canal cut, acreage. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains [1:1,584]. Compass indicator. Mr Crew's letter of 23 July 1813 to Lt Gen Mann refers. Pencilled additions show new course of the River Lea, boundary of Ordnance property, mill head. (3) 'Mr Rennie's plan No 1': site plan showing old course of the River Lea, canal cut. Table of falls. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains [1:1,584]. Compass indicator. Papers by Rennie, Crew and Mann refer. Pencilled additions show new course of the River Lea, new bridge, proposed cut. All relate to Lt Gen Mann's letter of 25 October 1813 to Mr Crew.
