Scale: 1 inch to 150 feet. Compass indicator. Drawn by Robert Hoddle, 3rd class Royal Military Surveyor. Signed by Henry Anderson Morshead, Lt Col CRE, Plymouth, 6 May 1816. (2), (3) Two incomplete tracings of part of the plan.
