Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet. Two copies: (1) 58 cm x 90 cm; (2) 58 cm x 93.5 cm. Signed by Charles Shipley, Capt RE, Gosport, 13 May 1794. Filed with the plans are copies of a related report and estimate (28 folios).
