Military sketch of the town and harbour of Castries, and of Morne Fortuné, St Lucia. Shows soundings. Scale: 1 inch to 88 yards. Compass indicator. Insets: Ciceron Redoubt; sketches, section and view; Latin verses. Surveyed and drawn by Arthur Wellesley Torrens, Lt Col Royal Welsh Fusiliers, assisted by Robert Kay, Lt Royal Fusiliers, Government House, St Lucia, October 1846. Copied in transfer lithography by L J Hebert and J Kelly. Printed at the Lithographic Establishment, Horse Guards, July 1848.
