'Line of march and encampments of the British Army, from it's landing in the Crimea 14 th September 1854, to capture of Balaklava, 26 th September 1854': map showing relief, lakes, rivers, towns. Insets: 'Scene of combat 19 th September 1854'; diagrams showing composition of marching forces. Reference table. Compass indicator. Signed by William Sankey, Col 9th Regt. Originally filed among papers collected for a history of the Crimean War by Col Wetherall.
