(1) 'Plan of the Island of Tarifa shewing the Causeway and Hill of Santa Catalina': showing proposed defences,and those under construction and completed. Reference note. Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet [1:1200]. Compass indicator. (2) 'Plan of the Town and Island of Tarifa': shows the fort under construction and the high land. Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet [1:4800]. Compass indicator. (3) Sections through the island and its buildings. Scales: 1 inch to 50 feet [1:600] and 1 inch to 100 feet [1:1200]. All copies of plans signed by Captain Henry Vavasour, Royal Engineers. (2) and (3) endorsed: 'In M.G l. [Major General] Cooke's of 20 June 1812'. Dimensions: (1) 51.1 cm x 80.3 cm; (2) 78 cm x 63 cm; (3) 70.4 cm x 75.4 cm.
