'Military Sketch of the Eastern Frontier of the Cape of Good Hope 1812 by Lieut t Colonel T: Arbuthnot-Deputy Quarter Master General': map of the country from Algoa Bay to the Great Fish River and inland to the Orange River, showing roads, rivers, place names and high land. Approximate scale: 1 inch to 6.2 miles [1:392832]. Compass indicator. Copy drawn by J Azerond, Draughtsman; signed by Captain Henry Smart, Commanding Royal Engineer. Annotation: 'See letter to L t. General Mann dated Cape of Good Hope 31 st March 1815'.
