Insets: (a) block plan; scale: 1:500; (b) site plan; scale: 1.5 inches to 2000 yards [1:48,000]; (c) plans and sections of the rain water tank. (2) Barracks and cook and wash houses. Reference tables. Scales: plans: 1 inch to 15 feet; sections and elevations: 1 inch to 10 feet. By R A West, 1 September 1881. Signed Colonel John Y Moggridge, Commanding Royal Engineer, East District, 6 September 1881.
