Cape Colony: Cape Town (now in Cape Province, Republic of South Africa). 'Plan Showing Railway Works at Cape Town Terminus 1880': showing streets, buildings and stores. Reference note. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain E C S Moore, Royal Engineers District Officer, West District, 17 December 1880; and Colonel F C Hassard, Commanding Royal Engineer, South Africa, to accompany his report to the Inspector General of Fortifications, 4 April 1881. Later MS additions, 1892.
