MS title: 'South Eastern District Brighton Division Eastbourne Site of N o 71 Martello Tower Record Plan of Land Sold to Messrs Brand and Nesbitt (trustees of the late Freeman Thomas Esq.) by deed dated 10 th July 1901 (Brighton 8/293 of 1901) ...'. Coloured MS additions; initialled H W G, 3 December 1901.
