(7) 'Sheet XLIII'. (8) 'Sheet XXXIII'. (9) 'Sheet XXXIV'. Surveyed, 1862-1872; engraved 1868-1877; published at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, November 1869-March 1878; except (1). All initialled: 'JF', April-May 1878. Coloured MS additions show barracks and other war department sites; and annotated: ' To accompany CRE's report 22.5.78'; signed Major C A L de Montmorency, Royal Engineers, for Commander, Royal Engineers.
