By Staff Commander Thomas A Hull, Royal Navy, Superintendent of Charts. MS title: 'Unofficial'; and coloured additions showing the routes. Stamped: Hydrographic Office. Endorsed: 'Admiralty'. Hull was Superintendent of Charts, Hydrographic Office, 1873-1879.
