Scales: 1 inch to 8 perches. Compass indicator. Endorsed: Thomas Ayres. (3) Combined copy of (1) and (2). (4) Similar copy to (3). (5) and (6) Copies of a plan, of same extent and scale as above. Reference table of occupiers names and areas. Annotated: 'I doe hereby Certify that this is a true coppy of the plan N o. 1 referd to in the Acc t of the proceedings of the Commissioners for purchasing Lands and Houses Judged necessary to be purchased in Order to the securing the Docks at Portsmouth Tho s Ayres Surveyor'.
