(4) 'A Rough Plan of Lands in front of the lines Dock [Plymouth Dock, now Devonport] in the Parish of Stoke Damerel'; with field boundaries, settlements, roads, hill shading and cross-section lines. Scale: 1 inch to 110 yards [1:3960]. Compass indicator. (1) to (3) Various sections near the Dock. Scales: horizontal: 1 inch to 2 chains [1:1584]; vertical: 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480]. All surveyed by W Stanley, Royal Military Surveyor and Draughtsman, 1805. Dimensions: (1) 23.1 cm x 48.3 cm; (2) 24.1 cm x 44.2 cm; (3) 68.1 cm x 120.9 cm; (4) 69.8 cm x 91.9 cm
