Description

Wales: Pembrokeshire. (1) Milford Haven and the Cleddau River east to Canaston Bridge and west to Haverfordwest: plan showing soundings, anchorages, ferries and place-names. Approximate scale: 1 inch to 1,000 yards [1:36,000]. Compass indicator. By Lieutenant-Colonel Justly Watson, 3 March 1756. Inset plans and sections: (a) Stack Rock; (b) Bickton Point; scales: (a) 1 inch to 60 feet [1:720]; (b) 1 inch to 200 feet [1:2400]. Unsigned and undated [?original] copy. (2) Copy with ornate title cartouche; by Joseph W Heath, [?c1765]. (3) Copy with ornate title cartouche; by John Chamberlain [?c1765]. (4) Copy by Stephen Fane, 1764.
