Ordnance. Sketch shewing the Ordnance lands at Sheerness': map showing the coastline, roads, streams, sandbanks, the acreage of plots of land, buildings, and a stockyard. Reference note of acreages. Scale: 1 inch to 155 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by Lieutenant Alexander Stephen Creyke, Royal Engineers; by Captain G [?]Whitmore, Royal Engineers, 6 July 1848; and by Lieutenant Colonel William Henry Slade, Royal Engineers, 27 July 1848.
