Added MS title: 'Ilford Urban District. Charter of Incorporation Scheme. Proposed Wards'. Coloured, MS additions show ward boundaries. Signed by H Shaw, Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, Engineer & Surveyor, Town Hall, Ilford, 27 January 1926.
