(1) Cover, originally containing (2), bearing the title 'Application for Charter of Incorporation of the Urban District of Hoylake and West Kirby in the County of Cheshire. Map shewing proposed division of area into wards'. (2) Ordnance Survey County Series sheets Cheshire VI.15, VI.16, XII.3, XII.4, XII.7, XII.8, XII.11, XII.12, XII.15 and XII.16, joined, then dissected for folding into cover. Sheets XII.15 and XII.16 surveyed 1871, revised 1909. Sheets VI.15 and VI.16 edition of 1911. MS extension to show Hilbre Island. Coloured MS additions show ward boundaries, presumably in 1924. MS reference table to wards.
