2 items extracted from CRES 35/694. Gloucestershire: two plans showing area around the station at Awre, on the River Severn, and land belonging to the Great Western Railway Company. Also showing signal box and other buildings, river, and boundary stones. Compass indicators.(1) 'G.W.R. Plan of Land at Awre', showing land parcels to be exchanged by the Company. Key. Scale: 1 inch to 1 chain. Note: 'Plan XX referred to in Mr Cluttons report dated 17th August 1887'. (2) 'GWR Awre Junction'; plan showing larger area around the station than (1), with more extensive section of tracks. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet. Note: 'Copy Plan with 2690/88'. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 31.5 cm x 83 cm; (2) 86.5 cm x 181 cm.
