Ceylon (now Sri Lanka): Colombo. 'General Plan shewing Progress of Work at New [Lunatic] Asylum': also showing the uses of rooms, including dormitories, a kitchen and offices. Reference table to works. Scale: 1 inch to 30 feet. Signed: F Vine, Provincial Assistant Officer. Subsequently forwarded to the Earl of Derby in Sir John C McLeod's despatch number 14, 2 July 1885.
