Proposed by International Commission 1928': 3 sheets of plans, elevations and sections. Table of specifications. Scales from 1:10 to 1:200. All items signed: W J E Binnie, Hugh L Cooper and H E Gruner, members of the Technical Commission. Dimensions between 66.5 cm x 93.5 cm and 68 cm x 169 cm.
