1 item, numbered 10, (originally illustrating a memorandum by Lieutenant General J P DuCane, Commander-in-Chief, British Army of the Rhine, 10 December 1924) extracted from WO 32/5801. Western Europe. Map comprising eight joined sheets: parts of [GSGS 2738, 'France 1:250,000' sheets 2, 5 and 11], and GSGS 2740, 'Germany 1:250,000' sheets 59, [63, 64, 67 and 67A]. The combined map covers the area between Tilburg in the Netherlands, Arnsberg and Nagold in Germany, and Joinville-en-Vallage in France; showing contours, woods, churches, roads, railways and boundaries. Reference table; indexes to adjoining sheets. Prepared and printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton. Coloured MS additions show zones of German territory to be occupied by Allied troops for 10 years and 15 years, subdivisions of the latter zone, and lines of communication. A sheet of paper bearing a reference table to the MS additions is affixed to the face of the map.
