1 item extracted from MT 6/542/2 (C). 'Plan of the proposed Navigable Canal, between the River Kennet at Newbury in the County of Berks, and the River Avon at Bath in the County of Somerset whereby a navigable Communication will be opened between the Cities of London and Bristol... Surveyed 1793 by John Rennie Civil Engineer. Completed in 1810'. Reference tables. Scale: 1 inch to 0.67 mile. Compass star. Engraved by W. Faden, 'Geographer to His Majesty & His R.H. the Prince of Wales'. Endorsed with the date 1891.
