Sketch map to accompany the report upon the feasibility and most effectual means of introducing Railway Communication into the Empire of China. By Sir Macdonald Stevenson': covering the area between the Gobi Desert, the South China Sea, and the Bay of Bengal, showing mountains, rivers, roads, major towns, province names, existing railway lines, and a proposed railway scheme linking eastern India to China. Scale: 1 inch to about 46 miles.
The piece which formerly bore map reference MR 1/1711 (ex LRRO 1/2856) was transferred to MPEE 1/117.
