Description

Sussex. Map of Edburton, Poynings, Albourne and Woodmancote showing Aburton, Peaching, Newhouse and Poynings Place farms, Poynings Mill, other Crown lands, copyholds (in Edburton and Poynings) and glebe lands (in Poynings). Field names, numbered fields, names of adjacent proprietors, roads and paths are also shown. Reference tables to i) Crown, manorial and glebe lands and ii) tenants, fields, state of cultivation and acreage. Scale: 1 inch to 6 chains. Compass indicator. Surveyed by E and G N Driver.
