Hampshire: Portsmouth. Four sheets of drawings of a proposed barracks: (1) sections, showing construction details; (2) second floor plan; (3) first floor plan; (4) elevations. Reference tables to items (2-3). Scale: (1, 4) 1 inch to 8 feet [1:96]; (2-3) 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240]. Drawn by Lieutenant Richard Tylden, Royal Engineers. Pencilled additions to items (1) and (4). Dimensions: (1) 60 cm x 91.5 cm; (2)60.5 cm x 84.5 cm; (3) 61.5 cm x 96 cm; (4) 63.5 cm x 181.5 cm. Originally accompanying a report by Colonel G Cardew, 31 March 1845; the report is not filed on this roll.
