(1) Plan and sections, on a single sheet, of a proposed groyne, with a site plan showing the position of the groyne. (2) Plan showing the water supply and drainage system; damaged. Scale: (1) 1 inch to 100 feet [1:1,200] (site plan); 1 inch to 8 feet [1:96] (groyne plan); 1 inch to 4 feet [1:48] (sections). (2) 1 inch to about 40 feet [1:480]. Item (1) signed by Captain Cowper Rose, Royal Engineers, 25 September 1837. Item (2) [?drawn c1850]. Pencilled additions to item (2); additions initialled C E W and dated 20 January 1896. Dimensions: (1) 55 cm x 45 cm; (2) 75 cm x 133 cm.
