Signed by Captain Robert Thomson and Lieutenant Charles Oldershaw, both of the Royal Engineers, [1821]. MS revisions and additions to 19 May 1847. Originally accompanying a report to [Robert H] Crew, Secretary [to the Board of Ordnance], 24 March 1821; the report is not filed on this roll.
