[By] George Morgan, architect, 13 April 1860. (1-2) A submission from Sidney Herbert concerning Chelsea barracks, dated 15 May 1860; approved by Queen Victoria. Dimensions: (1-2) each 32 cm x 20 cm; (3) 109.5 cm x 173 cm.
