Cape of Good Hope: Cape Town (now in Western Cape province, South Africa). Two watercolour views the town and surrounding country. (1) 'The Musenberg [i.e. Muizenberg] Mountains, Table Mountain and Devils Hill as seen from the Peninsula between Table Bay and False Bay'. (2) Showing Table Mountain, Lion's Head, ships in the sea, buildings in the town, and people and animals at work. Both items endorsed with the name of Major Kersteman and the date June 1803. Dimensions: (1) 19 cm x 101 cm; (2) 41 cm x 141 cm.
