Surveyed by Edward Driver, Kent Road and Thomas Crawter jnr, Cobham. Engraved by G Mills, 3 Copthall Buildings, Throgmorton Street. Examined by Edward Driver. The award is enrolled on E 13/1244 rot 82. The published version of this map is MR 1/1158
