Hampshire: Alverstoke. Map showing numbered lots of land. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Traced from the first-class tithe map. Pencilled additions, mainly supplying [?landowners'] names and dates [?of purchase]. A note discussing the provenance of this map and the differences between it, the original tithe map and other maps is signed by Mr T E Owen, 3 October 1836. A further note, stating that the map was forwarded to the Inspector General of Fortifications, is dated 4 October 1856.
