'Plan of waste lands in the southern portion of Epping Forest... as ascertained by Epping Forest Commissioners and referred to in their Preliminary Report dated the 27th day of February 1875'. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. MS annotation, scored out, reads 'This is the plan marked RCD 2 referred to in the Affidavit of Robert Collier Driver sworn before me this 25th day of March 1872... Charles Wood'.
